An Offering of Support to Educators

Over the past several weeks, amidst adjusting to balancing parenting and working, trying to make sense of everything happening, and seeking connection with people I love, I've been thinking a lot about all of the educators out there who are working on the front lines of education at a time of unprecedented challenges and change.  I can only imagine what it's like to be in their shoes right now.

Two years ago, I pivoted my career away from teaching and instructional design work and began studying and working in the fields of leadership and organizational development.  Part of that journey included training at the Coach Diversity Institute to become a professional certified coach.

I have no idea if coaching is something educators want or need in this moment, but I feel compelled to offer it up as a support.  In my experience, coaching can be really empowering.  It has helped me at various moments to feel more centered, see new possibilities, and act with more purpose and intention.

Any educator interested in scheduling a FREE 45-minute coaching session can do so here.

If you have any questions or want more information, feel free to reach out via email.

Wishing everyone (educators and non-educators alike) strength, health, resilience, and hope.
